We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our multi-channel advertising efforts. This role is focused on the end-to-end management of paid media, ensuring high performance across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Lead the full lifecycle of ad campaigns, including strategic setup, daily monitoring, and scaling.
- Performance Optimization: Audit and refine existing accounts to improve ROAS, lower CPA, and enhance overall conversion rates.
- Multi-Platform Execution: Build and launch new campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Tracking & Analytics: Ensure accurate pixel implementation and conversion tracking to provide data-backed insights for stakeholders.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages to identify winning formulas.
- Reporting: Provide monthly performance reports, translating complex data into actionable growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing monthly ad spends across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong technical understanding of platform algorithms, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and interpret heatmaps or GA4 data.
- Experience in the E-commerce is highly preferred.

Salary: $450-700 P/M (plus bonuses)
