Digital Marketing Specialist

Performance One Data Solutions (a division of Ross Group Inc) is a fast-growing technology company specializing in enterprise database and IT solutions for B2B clients. We’re looking for a talented, versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team to drive our marketing efforts across multiple channels.

OVERVIEW
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns targeted at B2B audiences. You will work across content, SEO, paid media, social, email, and our website to generate leads, build brand awareness, and support the sales pipeline.

RESPONSIBILIITIES

Paid Advertising – Google Ads

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing) to drive qualified B2B traffic and leads
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
  • Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights

LinkedIn Marketing

  • Develop and manage a consistent LinkedIn content calendar aligned with brand voice and business goals
  • Create and publish engaging posts, articles, and thought content to grow audience and brand authority
  • Manage LinkedIn paid campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen Forms) to support B2B lead generation efforts
  • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously refine content strategy

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments
  • Create and optimize landing pages, blog posts, and website structure
  • Track and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority metrics

B2B Lead Generation & Marketing Strategy

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies focused on generating and nurturing high-quality B2B leads
  • Identify target audiences, build buyer personas, and align campaigns to each stage of the buyer’s journey
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are properly handed off and tracked
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities

HubSpot Marketing Automation

  • Build and manage automated email workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot
  • Maintain and segment contact databases to ensure accurate targeting and personalization
  • Set up lead scoring models, forms, landing pages, and CTAs within HubSpot
  • Generate and interpret HubSpot reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and pipeline contribution

Website Design & Maintenance

  • Website maintenance and page content creation using CMS platform (WordPress)
  • Optimize website performance, including page speed and Core Web Vitals
  • Integrate and manage marketing tools, including CRM, chat, forms, and analytics

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field experience
  • Experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a technology company
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation platform
  • Proficiency with WordPress platform
  • Basic front-end skills for website design, edits, and landing page creation
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and CRM tools
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write for technical audiences
  • Graphic design skills using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (an advantage)
  • Self-Starter - a highly motivated individual who takes initiative, acts proactively, and works independently to achieve goals

Preferred

  • HubSpot Marketing Certification
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Experience with CRM integration and sales-marketing alignment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Experience working in a tech, or professional services environment

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
