Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Google Display Network (GDN), Meta Platforms, TikTok.
- Drive subscriber growth and monetization for Digital Apps in Pakistan and globally.
- Manage and scale telco subscription campaigns, conversion-focused, and app monetization campaigns.
- Monitor and improve core KPIs: CPA, CPI, subscription conversion rates, and in-app revenue metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, app flows, and subscription journeys to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze user funnels to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities across web and app.
- Handle tracking and attribution via GA4, Firebase, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, UGC, design) to ensure seamless and timely campaign execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven exposure to telco subscription campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in app monetization strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Strong experience running conversion, sales, and awareness focused campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok.
- Solid grip on analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking tools.
- Experience managing budgets up to $30K/month while maintaining strong ROAS.
- Strong understanding of subscription funnels, monetization strategies, user acquisition, and retention dynamics.
