Digital Marketing Specialist

AL WAFA TRADING COMPANY is a Qatar-based diversified trading firm operating across versatile sectors including construction materials, building hardware, FMCG, industrial supplies, and household goods.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing), display, and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Run SEO strategy: on-page, technical, and link-building; monitor rankings and organic traffic.
  • Create and optimise content for website, email, social, and landing pages; A/B test creatives and CTAs.
  • Manage email marketing and automation (segmentation, drip campaigns, performance tracking).
  • Track and report KPIs (CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) using Google Analytics and BI tools.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams; manage external agencies and vendors.
  • Maintain marketing tech stack (GA4, Tag Manager, CRM, ad accounts) and ensure tracking accuracy.
  • Budget management and campaign optimisation for ROI.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years digital marketing experience; agency or in-house experience preferred.
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and email platforms (Mailchimp/HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel/BI proficiency, and A/B testing experience.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience; certifications (Google Ads, GA) preferred.

Working conditions

Location: Doha, Qatar — on-site or hybrid per company policy.

Reports to Marketing Manager/Head of Growth.
