Job Summary
Responsible for building, positioning, and promoting the brand to drive customer engagement, foot traffic, and revenue growth. This role focuses on developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels in the food and beverage environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute brand positioning, identity, and messaging.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, visuals, and customer experience across all outlets and platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, in-store, and offline).
- Manage seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Manage content creation including photos, videos, and copywriting.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness.
Customer Engagement & Experience
- Develop loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews; implement improvements.
- Enhance in-store branding and guest experience.
Partnerships & PR
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Organize brand collaborations, events, and PR activations.
- Handle brand communications and reputation management.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI on campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and campaign results.
- Prepare reports and present insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
- Experience with social media management and content strategy.
