Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns
• Build and manage email lists and segmentation strategies
• Design engaging email content (promotional, transactional, nurturing flows)
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
• A/B test subject lines, content, and layouts for optimization
• Maintain email deliverability and compliance best practices
• Work with marketing and design teams to improve campaign results
• Use CRM/email tools for automation workflows and reporting

Requirements

• Experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or CRM campaigns
• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation and automation
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
