Job Summary

Digital Chords Qatar is seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage online campaigns, grow brand presence, and generate leads across multiple digital platforms.

The role focuses on content creation, paid advertising, social media management, and data-driven marketing strategies to improve engagement and conversion results.

Digital Marketing Specialists are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across SEO, social media, paid ads, and content platforms to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
• Manage social media accounts and grow audience engagement
• Create engaging content (posts, banners, captions, and basic creatives)
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO improvements
• Develop content calendars and campaign schedules
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams for campaign execution
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agency or multi-client marketing environment
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or basic design software
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
