Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The goal is to increase brand awareness, grow followers, generate high-quality leads, and manage internal communication between teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing objectives.


Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, and others).
  • Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on a daily basis to achieve the best performance.
  • Develop clear strategies to increase followers and engagement across social media accounts.
  • Create and implement lead generation strategies while optimizing cost per lead.
  • Analyze data and prepare detailed performance reports for management.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce effective marketing materials.
  • Manage internal communication between the marketing team and other departments (Sales, Customer Service, Management) to ensure message alignment and integration.
  • Organize meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and execution of marketing plans.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve the highest possible ROI.
  • Design basic marketing creatives and collaborate on visual content production when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience in growing social media accounts both organically and through paid strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and creating marketing visuals (e.g., social media posts, ad creatives).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Continuous and measurable growth in followers and engagement.
  • High-quality visual content aligned with marketing strategy.
