About The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across ecommerce channels. This is an execution-focused role with strong ownership over performance marketing, organic growth, and funnel optimization.
You'll work closely with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product, and Design teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with customer behavior, business goals, and overall growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands how users move across the funnel and can optimize each stage through both paid and organic strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels including Meta, Google, and social platforms.

Drive qualified traffic through a mix of performance marketing, content, and organic growth initiatives.

Manage and optimize campaigns based on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall conversion performance.

Develop and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.

Manage content planning aligned with search intent, customer behavior, and ecommerce goals.

Optimize website structure, on-page content, and keywords to improve search rankings.

Design and execute retargeting strategies for website and application users.

Identify drop-offs across the funnel and optimize user journeys from visit to purchase.

Collaborate with Product and Design teams to improve landing pages, content, and campaign creatives.

Work closely with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams to align messaging for customer engagement and repeat behavior.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.

Continuously test creatives, audiences, content formats, and channels to improve performance outcomes.
Success Metrics

Growth in qualified customer acquisition with optimized Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and measurable revenue contribution from marketing activities.

Improvement in conversion rates across campaigns and digital journeys.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing with exposure to both performance marketing and organic growth.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including on-page optimization and content strategy.

Experience managing organic channels such as social media, content, or search-driven initiatives.

Clear understanding of ecommerce funnels including customer acquisition, conversion, and retention alignment.

Ability to work with data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Experience managing budgets with a focus on return on investment (ROI) and efficiency.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently.

Comfortable coordinating across Product, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Design teams.

Exposure to supermarket or high-frequency ecommerce environments is a plus.
