Digital Marketing Specialist ( Female )

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the latest digital trends, and can balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and content marketing).
  • Content Development: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, manage Google Ads campaigns, and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage audiences across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Email Marketing: Build and manage automated email campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize for deliverability and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent In Arabic

Preferred Skills

  • Graphic design or video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.

Salary

4000AED - 7000AED Per Month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
