Gulf Payments Company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Freelance) working approximately 6–8 hours per week to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in social media, search, email marketing, analytics, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, email, and other digital channels

Optimize digital content and campaigns to ensure alignment with marketing objectives

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, CTR, conversions, and cost efficiency

Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with insights and recommendations

Support SEO and SEM activities, including keyword performance, campaign optimization, and A/B testing

Review digital content, visuals, and short-form videos to ensure quality and brand alignment

Monitor online presence and audience sentiment to support reputation management.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially across LinkedIn, search, and email campaigns

Strong experience in Sprout Social and LinkedIn for publishing, community management, and reporting

Good knowledge of SEO / SEM, campaign analytics, and optimization

Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

Relevant digital marketing certifications are an advantage.
Method of Work
This is a remote freelance role on an hourly basis, based on actual hours worked and tasks assigned.
