Lead Strategy Consultant (Digital Innovation)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Strategy Consultant with a strong background in digital strategy and enterprise transformation. The candidate should preferably have experience working with Big 4 consulting firms and should be able to advise senior leadership on digital innovation, strategy development, and transformation initiatives.

• 15+ years of consulting experience in strategy or digital transformation.
• Experience working with large enterprise clients and complex business environments.
• Digital Strategy & Business Strategy: Ability to define and drive business and digital strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Digital Transformation: Experience in leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives and innovation programs.
• Emerging Technologies: Exposure to AI, data analytics, digital platforms, and automation to drive innovation.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to work with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.
• Strategy Roadmaps: Experience in creating digital roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans.
• Governance & Delivery: Ability to manage program governance, KPIs, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Prior experience with Big 4 consulting firms is highly preferred.
• Strong experience working onsite with clients in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and advise senior executives and decision-makers.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
