Digital Marketing Specialist – MENA Region Experience from 3-5 Years
Job Responsibilities:● Develop and execute B2B SaaS/tech digital marketing strategies to promote SIIWII across Egyptand the wider MENA region.● Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, SEO/SEM, andindustry-specific portals).● Plan and manage media buying campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring efficient budgetallocation, targeting, and ROI optimization.● Create and localize marketing content (Arabic & English) including product-focused campaigns,case studies, newsletters, ad copy, and thought-leadership pieces tailored to regional audiences.● Drive lead generation campaigns targeting apparel exporters, textile manufacturers, and internationalbuyers.● Collaborate with sales and business development teams to build marketing funnels and nurtureprospects into qualified leads (MQL → SQL).● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot/CRM tools,LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.● Plan and execute digital events, product webinars, and online demos to showcase the SIIWIIplatform.● Support in organizing offline events (industry exhibitions, workshops, and networking sessions) toincrease brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.● Ensure brand consistency across all channels, while adapting strategies for local MENA markets.● Contribute to content creation and basic visual design (presentations, social media visuals,brochures) aligned with SIIWII’s brand identity
Job Qualifications:● Education & Experience:● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.● 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing for software/tech companies (B2B preferred).● Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation, SEO/SEM, UTM tracking, CTR optimization, campaignreporting, and media buying strategies.● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, andAnalytics.● Excellent content creation skills (Arabic & English).● Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing automation, and funnel optimization.● Awareness of offline event organization and ability to coordinate with internal and externalstakeholders.● Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools) to create marketing visualsand event materials.● Ability to analyze data, measure ROI, and present actionable insights.Fluent in English/Arabic
