We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta(Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving conversions, traffic, and sales while managing ad budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor key metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR) and conduct A/B testing to maximize ad performance.
• Audience & Keyword Research: Identify target audiences and conduct thorough keyword research to ensure effective targeting.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and deliver performance reports.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and industry trends to keep strategies innovative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
