Digital Marketing Specialist – Organic Growth & Content

What we are looking for:
We are seeking a high-performance Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale Quikaid’s organic marketing engine. This role focuses on SEO and AI-driven search visibility, organic social media growth, email automation and nurture, website content development, and YouTube channel optimization.

The ideal candidate is a performance-focused content marketer who is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable executing measurable marketing initiatives that directly support lead generation and revenue growth. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and works closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist to align organic initiatives with paid acquisition efforts. This is an execution-focused role centered on building scalable organic systems that strengthen the full marketing funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce 12–20+ long-form SEO and AEO-optimized articles per month across key content pillars, including eligibility, application process, denials and appeals, medical conditions, and working with a representative.
  • Structure content for AI-driven search engines using direct answer blocks, FAQ
  • Produce, structure, publish, and optimize long-form SEO and AEO-optimized content across key pillars (such as eligibility, application process, denials and appeals, medical conditions, and working with a representative) using AI search best practices, including direct answer blocks, FAQ schema, internal linking, and E-E-A-T signals, to improve organic visibility and expand retargeting audiences.
  • Own and execute organic social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels, including content planning, platform-native content creation, and maintaining a consistent content calendar and publishing cadence aligned with growth KPIs.
  • Create engaging organic content including short-form videos, educational posts, carousels, Q&A content, and client-focused storytelling that builds trust, engagement, and brand authority.
  • Manage community engagement and online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, and directing qualified leads to appropriate landing pages or intake forms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and manage automated email nurture workflows, including welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, newsletters, and lead recovery sequences, while handling content repurposing, segmentation, trigger-based automation, and performance optimization in compliance with TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Build, update, and maintain landing pages and website content using WordPress and Elementor, including condition-specific pages, service page updates, and resource center content.
  • Support conversion rate optimization initiatives by collaborating with the Digital Marketing Strategist on A/B testing of copy, CTAs, layouts, form placement, and overall page performance.
  • Manage and optimize Quikaid’s YouTube channel, including uploading and scheduling Shorts and educational content, and implementing SEO best practices for titles, descriptions, tags, and lead capture CTAs.
  • Produce and edit creative assets for organic channels, including social graphics, video thumbnails, blog featured images, email templates, branded visuals, and short-form video optimized for mobile-first viewing.
  • Iterate on high-performing creative concepts by producing variations based on campaign performance data and strategic direction from the marketing leadership team.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content reflects Quikaid’s empathetic, professional, and personalized positioning while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Document content strategies, workflows, optimizations, and performance metrics, and collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Strategist to ensure all organic initiatives align with overall marketing goals, paid campaign insights, and company growth objectives.
  • Ensure all content, social posts, emails, and website materials adhere to regulatory guidelines, platform advertising policies, and internal approval workflows, including proper terminology usage, compliance with TCPA and CAN-SPAM standards, and CMO review prior to publication.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000,with annual performance-based raises and benefits. Starting pay is dependent on candidate qualifications, work experience, and skillset.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. During the Orientation Period, the role will be fully in-office, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the Orientation Period, employees will transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. Additional details about schedule flexibility and other benefits will be shared during the interview process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience producing and optimizing long-form SEO content with demonstrated organic traffic growth, including strong knowledge of on-page SEO best practices (keyword integration, header hierarchy, internal linking, and structured data such as FAQ schema).
  • Proficiency with WordPress and page builders such as Elementor for building and maintaining web pages and blog content.
  • 2+ years managing brand social media accounts and executing organic growth strategies across at least two major platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, or similar).
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social platforms and mobile-first audiences.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design and video editing software.
  • Experience building and managing automated email workflows using platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, or similar, including segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Jasper, or similar) to support scalable content production while maintaining quality and brand voice.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries (legal, healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government-related fields) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-driven search visibility is preferred.
  • Portfolio demonstrating measurable results in organic traffic growth, lead generation, or conversion improvement is preferred.

  • 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year during their first five years of employment, increasing to 20 days after five years and 22.5 days after ten years. PTO may be used for vacation, personal, or sick time.
  • All Federal holidays as paid holidays. Currently, there are 11 paid Federal holidays, though this number may be updated if new holidays are established.
  • 401(k)-retirement plan with a 6% company match. For every dollar you contribute, we will match up to 6% of your compensation.

Additional Information:

  • We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible but can be flexible on the start date for the right candidate.
  • The interview process includes an aptitude assessment and at least two rounds of in-office interviews with members of our marketing and leadership team.
  • Depending on the stage of the interview process, candidates may also be asked to complete an additional paid work assessment relevant to the role.
