We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can own both paid and organic campaigns, ensuring strategy, execution, and reporting are top-notch. You’ll be the go-to person for planning campaigns, analyzing results, and making sure clients get consistent, ROI-driven marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Plan and implement organic strategies (SEO, content distribution, social media).
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and create clear reports for clients.
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and content.
- Join client calls, understand needs, and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing both paid & organic campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Analytics, A/B testing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent English (written & spoken) for client communication.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects while maintaining quality.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Google Ads / Meta Ads / HubSpot certifications.
- Experience in multi-industry campaigns (consulting, services, retail, education, nonprofits).
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of branding.
