Job description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SMS, SEO, SEM, influencer marketing).
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content and promotions.
- Create content calendars and work with the design team to develop eye-catching creatives and videos.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive online reviews and digital customer engagement to improve brand reputation and reach.
- Collaborate with operations and in-store staff for campaign rollouts and event promotions.
- Stay updated on current digital trends, competitor activity, and viral opportunities to keep the brand ahead.
