Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & SEM Focus)

Candidates must be available to work onsite in Wichita, KS, full-time during regular business hours Monday-Friday.

What You’ll Do

As our Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & SEM Focus), you’ll be at the center of driving measurable growth for our clients. You’ll:

• Build and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns that deliver results.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Write and refine ad copy and web content for visibility and performance.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
• Manage tracking and analytics in Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for the team and clients.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and developers to align digital strategy with big-picture goals.

• Experience and proven success with email marketing and automation.
• Bonus points if you bring Meta Blueprint certification, CRO/UX knowledge, or experience with tools like HubSpot/Marketo.
