Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns effectively.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
  • Manage Google Ads and Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize ROI through conversion optimization.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all digital platforms.
  • Implement marketing automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for effective keyword research and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive sales.
  • Experience with social media marketing across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop) for graphic design tasks.
  • Knowledge of WordPress for content management and website updates.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website management and data analysis.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Experience in B2B marketing strategies tailored for specific business segments.

Pay: $67,426.94 - $81,202.34 per year
