Summary:
Plans, develops, implements, and manages strategies for Summa Health and SummaCare's social media accounts. Analyzes engagement data, identifies trends in customer interactions, creates and manages a comprehensive social media content calendar, develops marketing strategies, increases social media engagement, and builds and moderates social media communities. Additionally, oversees paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), monitors brand reputation, manages crises and negative feedback, and collaborates with various teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Formal Education Required:
a. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Experience & Training Required:
a. Three (3) years of experience in leading and managing a corporate social media program, including strategy development, content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
b. Experience with platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or others.
c. Excellent communication and writing skills.
d. Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
e. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
f. Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
g. Strong Analytics Skills: Experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media analytics tools.
h. Experience with social listening tools for monitoring brand reputation.
i. SEO knowledge for optimizing content reach and discoverability.
j. Content creation experience including developing graphics, videos, and written content.
k. Analytical reporting skills for creating performance reports and presenting findings to leadership.

d. Brand Voice Maintenance: Ability to maintain and enhance the brand’s voice and style across all channels.
e. Data-Driven Mindset: Skill in using analytics to drive decisions and improve content performance.
f. Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity
4. Level of Physical Demands:
a. Primarily sedentary work; occasional light lifting
b. Ability to visit various locations for content creation, including capturing photos and videos as needed.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
