Responsibilities:
Digital Experience & Ecommerce Execution
  • Support the Director in communicating with the cross-functional team members and agency partners to drive progress on web projects and maintain project timelines.
  • Support the day-to-day management of BJ’s website and mobile app, ensuring content accuracy, promotional updates, and optimal functionality.
  • Monitor digital performance dashboards; pull reports, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize traffic, conversion, and retention strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing, IT, and Operations to implement UI/UX enhancements, personalization tactics, and new digital features.
  • Execute the digital retail marketing calendar, including launching and analyzing promotions and ad campaigns across all channels.

Third-Party Platform & Off-Premise Operations
  • Assist with managing menus, pricing, placement, and promotions across all third-party delivery platforms.
  • Coordinate with Operations and IT to troubleshoot ordering, integration, or fulfillment issues.
  • Track and analyze partner performance, highlighting growth opportunities and identifying service gaps.

SEO & Content Execution & Optimization
  • Leverage data and insights to identify SEO, searchability, and website improvement opportunities.
  • Execute SEO updates (e.g., metadata, on-page optimizations, keyword research) to maximize visibility in organic search.
  • Collaborate with content, design and technical agencies to run A/B tests, ensure digital assets are conversion-optimized and aligned with brand standards, and manage digital projects.

CRM and Email Marketing
  • Define audience segments using first-party data and behavioral signals.
  • Design multi-touch lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, nurture, cross-sell/upsell, win-back, reactivation).
  • Calendar planning, campaign briefs, design, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop creative and copy frameworks, subject line and CTA testing, and personalization at scale.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Compile and analyze ecommerce, off-premise, and digital marketing data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support budget tracking for digital initiatives, ensuring accuracy in spend reporting and ROI insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, SEO, or digital operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS system management, Microsoft office, SEO and digital merchandising principles. Adobe photoshop experience a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
  • Bonus: Prior experience with restaurant, retail, or third-party marketplace platforms or operations (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.).
Pay Range: USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
