Job Title: Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Lead with 4–5 years of strong experience in digital marketing, brand building, campaign management, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, generating quality leads, and managing all internal and external communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
  • Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and optimize for better ROI.

Brand Management

  • Strengthen brand presence through consistent messaging and creative content.
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure cohesive representation across all channels.
  • Oversee design, creatives, marketing collateral, and branding materials.

Content & Communication

  • Develop content for social media, brochures, website, blogs, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and vendors for quality output.
  • Ensure timely communication for product launches, events, and promotions.

Lead Generation & Market Analysis

  • Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns and outreach activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business needs.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments including sales, product, and operations.
  • Manage external partners, agencies, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
  • Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management, analytics, SEO, and paid ads.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
