The role involves managing international buyers/suppliers, generating sales, preparing documentation, and coordinating end-to-end export operations.Key Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and onboard new international buyers and suppliers.</li><li>Generate leads through market research, portals, trade shows, and networks.</li><li>Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals.</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with overseas clients.</li></ul>Export/Import Operations<ul><li>Coordinate for export documentation including PI, Invoice, Packing List, COO, Phytosanitary Certificate, Health Certificate, BL, etc.</li><li>Liaise with CHA, logistics partners, shipping lines, and warehouses.</li><li>Track shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch/delivery.</li><li>Ensure compliance with export norms, quality requirements, and international standards.</li></ul>Market Analysis<ul><li>Study global agricultural markets, demand patterns, and price trends.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and share insights with management.</li><li>Identify new markets, seasonal opportunities, and product expansions.</li></ul>Client Communication<ul><li>Communicate with global buyers through email, WhatsApp, calls, and virtual meetings.</li><li>Resolve customer queries and provide product updates.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain MIS reports, order status updates, and sales trackers.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, quality check, loading teams, and finance.</li><li>Support documentation, compliance, and certifications required for agri exports.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in International Business, Agriculture, Commerce, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in export/import sales of agri or food products.</li><li>Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, LC/TT payments, and shipment processes.</li><li>Good communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple orders and work under deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and export CRM tools/portals.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in fresh fruits &amp; vegetables, spices, pulses, grains, or other agri commodities.</li><li>Knowledge of global markets such as Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.</li><li>Familiarity with APEDA procedures, FSSAI, and plant quarantine norms.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per month
