Job Title: Export Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Executive with 4–5 years of proven experience in international sales and export documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving export business growth, managing client relationships, identifying new markets, and ensuring seamless coordination of end-to-end export operations.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify potential international buyers, distributors, and markets.
  • Handle enquiries, prepare commercial offers, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct market research to analyse global trends and competitor activities.

Export Operations

  • Coordinate with logistics, CHA, shipping lines, and internal teams for smooth shipment.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation including PI, Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and address any operational issues.

Client Communication

  • Communicate with overseas clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Provide product details, updates, and ensure timely query resolution.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and prepare monthly sales summaries.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and logistics teams.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and international buyer-seller meets when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
