Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an

Import-Export Executive with a focus on sales and marketing. This role

requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of import-

export procedures, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships

with clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-

oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Import-Export Operations:

o Coordinate and manage the import-export process, including

documentation, customs clearance, shipping, and logistics.

o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for

international trade.

o Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve

any issues that may arise.

o Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-

party service providers to optimize the transportation and distribution

process.

International Sales and Marketing:

o Develop and implement strategies to promote import-export services

and expand the customer base.

o Identify potential clients and markets for import-export opportunities.

o Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding

their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

o Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to

prospective clients.

o Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to

generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Market Research and Analysis:

o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and

opportunities in the import-export industry.

o Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify areas for

improvement and innovation.

o Provide insights and recommendations to management for business

development and strategic planning.

Documentation and Reporting:

o Prepare and maintain accurate records of import-export transactions,

including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documents.

o Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer

feedback for management review.

o Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as

relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
