Hiring for one of the fastest-growing systems integrators and consultancy firms, with a strong presence in the USA, UAE, and local branches in three major cities in Pakistan.

Role Overview:

Our Client is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage a high-performing team, drive performance marketing, and work closely with global clients to deliver impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies (organic and inorganic) based on client's business requirements.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
• Manage digital strategies across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Handle and communicate with international clients for campaign planning and execution.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Oversee SEO, content planning, and social media management.
• Analyze performance metrics and deliver ROI-focused reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies (organic and inorganic) based on client's business requirements.
• 5 - 7 years of digital marketing experience, with 3-5 years in team management.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing on major global platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing international client portfolios.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Experience: 5 plus years
Work Timings / Day: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturday will be on from 10am - 1pm.
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Karachi
