Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead and optimize our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role combines strategic planning, performance marketing, content management, and analytics to drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE market, with a deep understanding of local consumer behavior, platform-specific nuances, and best practices for audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals; translate them into measurable KPIs; identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Paid Media: Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others; handle budgets, audience targeting, A/B testing, and maximize CTR, CPL, ROAS.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Implement GTM, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking; use GA4, GSC, and other tools to generate platform- and branch-wise reports with actionable insights.
  • SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct keyword research, technical and on-page SEO, backlink building, and monthly audits; ensure website speed, mobile responsiveness, and landing page conversion optimization.
  • Content & Social Media: Plan and manage content calendars; create and post engaging content across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube; manage influencer tie-ups and live sessions; monitor brand presence and community engagement.
  • Email/WhatsApp Marketing: Plan and execute segmented campaigns; test subject lines, creatives, and CTAs; align newsletters with marketing and sales activities.
  • Creative & Asset Management: Collaborate with design and technical teams for banners, visuals, CRM forms; run A/B tests for creatives and landing pages.
  • Content Writing: Write, edit, and repurpose blogs, ad copies, and website content in line with SEO and brand guidelines.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and platform updates to proactively adjust strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven digital marketing experience in the UAE.
  • Strong background in paid media, SEO, and content marketing with measurable ROI.
  • Proficiency in GA4, GSC, GTM, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of UAE consumer behavior, digital trends, and advertising regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
