Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, mentoring students, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and tools. Your goal is to equip students with practical knowledge and hands-on skills to help them become job-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach core digital marketing modules including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Google Ads
• Conduct practical sessions using live projects and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Design course materials, assignments, and student assessments
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and performance tracking
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and certifications
• Assist with student placement readiness and career guidance
• Maintain course documentation and provide student progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or freelance experience accepted)
• Prior teaching or training experience is a plus
• Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Canva, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and mentor learners of different levels
• Fluency in English and Malayalam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
