Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom-based digital marketing training sessions to individuals and groups.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Teach core digital marketing topics, including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing (SMM) – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing
- Content Marketing & Blogging
- Email Marketing & Automation Tools
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- WordPress & Website Optimization
- Local SEO and Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Conduct live demonstrations using leading tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Canva, and Mailchimp.
- Monitor trainee progress, assign real-world projects, and provide personalized feedback.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools.
- Coordinate with the academic/training team for smooth scheduling and session flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, analytics, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts for beginners.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, SEMrush, and Mailchimp.
- Comfortable with in-person classroom training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, and video marketing.
- Certifications from Google, Meta, or HubSpot are a plus.
