Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to train and mentor our internal team on digital marketing tools, strategies, and best practices. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training programs focused on practical implementation, performance tracking, and upskilling employees to meet business goals in the travel and forex industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver digital marketing training modules for beginners to advanced levels.
• Conduct classroom, online, and hands-on practical training sessions.
• Train employees on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
• Create training materials including presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide feedback and improvement plans.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.
• Support management in identifying skill gaps and training needs.
• Guide teams on best practices for lead generation and conversion optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer or Digital Marketing Manager.
• Strong practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in travel, tourism, or service-based industry will be an added advantage.
