We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist with strong hands-on experience in WordPress, SEO, AIO (AI Optimization), LinkedIn marketing, and HubSpot to manage and grow our digital presence across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and support commercial objectives
- Own and manage end-to-end marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress
- Ensure website performance, speed, security, and overall user experience
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search visibility
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website and content for organic growth
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence through structured content and engagement strategies
- Plan and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns for B2B lead generation
- Leverage AI tools (AIO) for content creation, SEO optimization, and marketing automation
- Manage HubSpot CRM, including workflows, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns
- Track, analyse, and report on website and campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot)
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO (on-page, technical, and content-driven strategies)
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (workflows, campaigns, and lead tracking)
- Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, including content planning and B2B lead generation
- Practical experience using AI tools for marketing (content creation, SEO optimization, and automation – AIO)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website performance optimization
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B / IT services marketing
- Knowledge of inbound marketing strategies
- Experience working with international clients
- Experience creating case studies, blogs, and sales-oriented content
- Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles and tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience working with marketing analytics and reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications in SEO, Digital Marketing, HubSpot, or AI-driven marketing tools are preferred

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
