Job Profile:

  • Manage & optimize ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, & Google platforms.
  • Design & manage end-to-end campaign workflows; targeting, creatives, bidding, & scaling.
  • Conduct A/B tests & optimize for CTR, CPA, and ROI.
  • Identify & collaborate with social media travel influencers to run high-impact campaigns.
  • Track & analyze influencer/affiliate ROI using advanced attribution tools.
  • Lead and mentor social media associates while overseeing content calendars, posting, & reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent campaign performance.
  • Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, & APIs to monitor performance.
  • Build dashboards to track KPIs & continuously refine strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns at scale (travel, or digital platforms preferred).
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, & analytics tools.
  • Strong grasp of influencer/affiliate marketing & social media trends (especially TikTok).
  • Experience in team management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to balance creativity & data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work on alternative Saturdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
