Digital Marteking & SEO Specialist

As we step into our next phase of digital expansion, we’re seeking a strategic, creative, and analytical Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist, someone with the vision and intelligence to elevate our digital presence to the next level. We’re looking for someone who can drive 360° digital marketing and SEO initiatives, a professional who doesn’t just run campaigns, but builds a brand story across every platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how our brand connects, engages, and grows online.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Drive SEO excellence — from keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content structure to link-building and analytics.
• Plan, manage, and track paid campaigns (PPC, social ads, re-marketing) to ensure high ROI.
• Build digital funnels for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to craft engaging and consistent brand messaging.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs) to measure performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithms, and digital tools to continuously innovate.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of strong, hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads.
• Expertise with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, Analytics).
• Proven success in increasing organic reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Creative thinker with strategic execution ability — a “person with brains” who can connect data, creativity, and results.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
