Role Overview

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for managing and integrating all digital performance and creative production activities. This role ensures that paid media, SEO, website, CRM funnels, content, graphics, and video production work together to generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and drive measurable business growth.

The Digital Media Manager acts as the execution lead between strategic objectives defined by the HOD and the technical & creative teams. The role focuses on performance optimization, creative quality control, workflow management, and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Performance Execution

  • Implement digital performance strategies across SEO, paid media, website, CRM, and content channels.
  • Optimize all digital touchpoints for lead generation, conversions, and retention.
  • Review analytics dashboards weekly and recommend improvements to HOD.
  • Track KPIs including ROAS, CPL, CPC, organic growth, traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and sales targets.

2. Paid Media Management

  • Manage media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Analyze audience behavior and improve targeting strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies.

3. SEO, Website & CRM Management

  • Supervise on-page, off-page, and technical SEO implementation.
  • Monitor website performance, landing page optimization, speed, and UI/UX improvements.
  • Manage CRM workflows, automation, segmentation, and lead nurturing funnels.
  • Coordinate with Sales to ensure quality lead flow and accurate data management.
  • Improve customer journey and retention strategies.

4. Creative Direction & Production Oversight

  • Convert campaign briefs into creative concepts and themes.
  • Ensure brand consistency across graphics, videos, ads, website visuals, and social media creatives.
  • Oversee video production including planning, shoots, editing, and final delivery.
  • Guide designers and editors to ensure quality creative outputs.
  • Approve final creatives before publishing or submission to HOD.

5. Team Supervision & Workflow Management

  • Supervise SEO team, Media Buyers, Website Designer, CRM Executive, Content Writer, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors.
  • Assign tasks, monitor daily workflow, and ensure deadlines and quality standards.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and share monthly reports with HOD & HR.
  • Improve workflow efficiency and introduce automation where needed.

6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports.
  • Identify gaps in performance and propose technical or creative improvements.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, algorithms, AI tools, and industry benchmarks.

Hiring Criteria — Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, IT, Media Sciences, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital performance & creative management.

(Real Estate experience strongly preferred.)

  • Strong command of Meta & Google Ads, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple digital channels and production workflows simultaneously.
