We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Media Manager to lead our digital advertising and media planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, driving engagement, and optimizing media spends across platforms. You’ll work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to develop and execute strategies that amplify brand presence and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Develop media strategies based on campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create engaging ads and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust tactics for improved ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Train and mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, or paid marketing.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, SEO, programmatic ads, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
