- Develop, implement, and manage digital media campaigns across platforms (social media, websites, email, etc.)
- Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, video) for digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
- Optimize content for SEO and social media visibility.
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest digital media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Engage with online audiences, responding to comments and messages.
- Plan and schedule digital posts and campaigns using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Conduct competitor and market research to improve strategy.
- Edit and enhance multimedia content (basic video editing, photo editing).
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotions.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer databases (like Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Prepare regular reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
