1. Role Summary

The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms for both B2B (engineering, industrial, corporate) and B2C (consumer brands, smart home, lifestyle) audiences. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, analytics, and strategic content execution.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Develop separate communication strategies for B2B (corporate, technical) and B2C (consumer engagement).
  • Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and performance KPIs.

B. Content Strategy & Creation

  • Build content calendars for multiple brands and platforms.
  • Coordinate with design and media teams for creative production (static, reels, videos, animations).
  • Write, review, and refine captions, ad copy, and email campaigns.

C. Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and community response.
  • Monitor inbox queries, comments, and brand reputation.
  • Execute platform-specific strategies for lead generation and brand building.

D. Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track analytics using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, and other tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance CTR, engagement, reach, and conversions.

E. B2B & B2C Funnel Development

  • Create digital funnels for industrial clients, partners, distributors, and corporate leads.
  • Build awareness and conversion funnels for consumer products.
  • Support product launches for engineering, tech, and lifestyle brands.

F. Coordination & Cross-Functional Work

  • Work closely with the Creative Team, Product Team, Sales, and HR for branded content.
  • Manage social media collaborations, influencers, communities, and partnerships when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
