Digital Patient Coordinator – Medical Center (Arabic Female)

About Us:

A growing medical center in Al Ain is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Patient Coordinator to manage leads generated from advertising campaigns and convert them into confirmed appointments and revenue.

This role is critical in maximizing campaign performance and ensuring professional patient follow-up from first contact until clinic visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond immediately to all incoming leads from paid advertising campaigns (WhatsApp, calls, social media platforms).

Follow up daily with patients who inquired but did not confirm booking.

Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments with high closing rate.

Coordinate with reception and medical team regarding scheduled patients.

Follow up with patients after their visit when needed.

Upsell treatments and increase case value beyond basic campaign offers.

Ensure professional and persuasive communication with all patients.

Track all leads and update status daily.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (Leads – Bookings – Conversion Rate – Revenue).

Work closely with marketing team to improve campaign results and conversion rates.

Requirements:

Female Arabic speaker (mandatory).

Previous experience in medical centers in UAE (mandatory).

Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or dental centers is highly preferred.

Proven sales and closing skills.

Experience handling advertising leads.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle high volume of daily inquiries.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Comfortable using CRM systems and Excel reports.

Familiar with UAE patient behavior and market standards.

Performance Expectations:
