About the Role

The Invisalign Center is looking for a highly professional and presentable Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about patient experience and operational excellence. This role plays a key part in guiding patients through their journey, ensuring seamless communication, efficient coordination, and a consistently high standard of service across the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for patients at every touchpoint.
• Manage patient communications across phone, email, and digital channels with clarity and empathy.
• Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and internal communications to support smooth daily operations.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism and discretion.
• Support administrative processes, documentation, and payment coordination with accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with departments to maintain service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, preferably within healthcare or dental settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence.
• Excellent English proficiency; additional languages such as French and Arabic are highly desirable.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the confidence to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
