Job Title: Receptionist – Kids Play Area

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our kids' play area team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in process, and excellent customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome children and parents in a warm and professional manner
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Process payments (cash, card, online bookings) accurately
• Explain play packages, memberships, promotions, and party options
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media messages
• Manage party bookings and reservations
• Maintain daily attendance and sales records
• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
• Assist with basic administrative tasks
• Support the team during busy hours and events

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Friendly personality and enjoys working around children
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Basic computer skills (POS system, WhatsApp Business, email)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays required)

• Play Area - Receptionist: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Tagalog or English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certificate (Preferred)
