Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator

-Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs

- Provide expert hair care services & non surgical Hair fixing service clients.

-Provide product information and answer any questions

customers may have

-Upsell products and promote current promotions to

customers

- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card

payments

- Maintain accurate inventory records and restock shelves as needed

- Keep the shop clean and presentable at all times - Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product

knowledge and sales techniques - Meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis

-Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

- Work closely with clients to understand their unique hair care needs and develop a tailored strategy that will help them achieve their desired look.

- Conducting consultations with clients, recommending hair care products and treatments, and providing hair cutting, coloring, and styling services.

- Keep the shop clean and presentable at all times

- Work Experience: 2-3 years in the same field of non surgical Hair fixing service.

- Flexible to work with different nationalities.

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
