Coordinate and maintain sales documentation, including unit inventory records, SPA tracking, client files and CRM updates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely follow up.
Liaise with sales agent, clients and internal departments to support sales progress, documentation completion, and lead follow-up.
Support marketing social media activities, including content planning, post coordination , performance tracking and online lead generation.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records related to sales, marketing, project and office administration.
Provide administration and coordination support across departments, including document control, follow-ups and internal reporting.
Coordinate with the project and finance teams to initiate payment request and ensure required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
Assist with basic accounting, billing tasks including invoice preparation payment follow ups, petty cash management, expense tracking and reimbursement documentation.
Support daily office operations, including office supplies, vendor coordination, internal scheduling and general administrative matters.
Act as center point of contact for office-related and coordination matters to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
