Secretary/Receptionist

Secretary – Construction Company (Dubai)

Job Description:
A contracting company in Dubai is looking for a Secretary with experience in the construction industry to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on supplier invoices and contractor bills.
  • Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Maintain administrative records and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to engineering and management teams.
  • Assist in basic financial tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or contracting companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with suppliers and within a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting or project management software is a plus.
