Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and energetic Receptionist who can manage front office operations while supporting sales activities on a commission basis. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling ability, and basic administrative knowledge.

Key Responsibilities: Front Office & Reception

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain visitor records.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and reception area presentation.

Office Administration

  • Maintain client files and documentation records.
  • Coordinate with sales and processing teams.
  • Prepare basic reports and update CRM systems.
  • Support daily administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Commission-Based Sales Support

  • Explain company services to walk-in and inquiry clients.
  • Convert leads into confirmed clients.
  • Follow up with potential clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Earn commission based on successful conversions.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate, below 27 years.
  • Preferred nationality: Philippines.
  • Minimum 6 months –2 years experience in receptionist / customer service / sales.
  • Good communication skills (English mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Presentable and confident personality.
  • Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
