About the Role

The Digital Performance Analyst will provide data-driven recommendations to enhance digital marketing and website performance, ensuring all activities are measured, optimized, and aligned with business objectives. While execution is handled by the Digital Lead and Website/E-commerce team, this role focuses on optimizing campaigns, channels, and customer journeys. The Digital Performance Analyst is also responsible for analyzing digital marketing and website data to provide actionable insights and optimize key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rates, funnel performance, online sales, and campaign ROI. They ensure accurate tracking and reporting using tools like Google Analytics 4, Locker Studio, Google Ads, Meta, and Magento, while also collaborating with the IT team to integrate data into the CRM. By identifying trends across channels like email, social media, messaging, and e-commerce, the analyst works closely with the Digital Lead and Website/E-commerce team to align insights with strategic goals. They also create detailed reports and visualizations for stakeholders and stay current on industry trends and new tools to continuously improve digital performance analysis.

About You

The ideal candidate brings over 3 years of experience in digital analytics or a related field, with strong proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Looker Studio, CRM systems, Magento, and Meta platforms. They possess solid knowledge of digital marketing channels -including SEO, PPC, and social media as well as key e-commerce metrics. With the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, actionable insights, they demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving rounds out their profile.
