Louisiana Public Broadcasting (LPB) is seeking a talented and versatile Digital Producer to join our award-winning Digital Media Department. This creative professional will produce, shoot, and edit a wide range of engaging digital content—from short-form videos and web series to live-to-tape musical performances and long-form documentaries—designed for broadcast, web, and social media platforms.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of post-production workflows and demonstrate proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro. They should thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, while also being highly self-motivated and able to manage projects independently from concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce, shoot, and edit video content across digital and social platforms

  • Manage all phases of production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery

  • Apply advanced post-production skills, including editing, audio mixing, and color grading

  • Collaborate closely with LPB’s in-house creative team to deliver high-quality, on-brand work

  • Adapt quickly to a variety of creative styles, formats, and production timelines

Salary Information: The listed pay rate is the minimum compensation that may be offered. The job title and salary will be set based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, in the Compensation Section.

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday; however, varying work schedules are offered.
