Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Digital Project Manager
to join our team at Impact Proximity. The core responsibility of this role is to lead and deliver digital projects across web, mobile, and integrated platforms. You will work closely with Experience Design, Technology, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless execution, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations. This position requires a strong mix of organizational skills, stakeholder management, and digital project delivery expertise within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of new website projects (from requirements gathering, planning, and vendor coordination to QA, UAT, and launch).

Manage annual support and maintenance of multiple live websites, ensuring uptime, SLA adherence, and smooth operations.

Define and oversee support processes, including ticketing, prioritization, escalation, and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, content, SEO, analytics, vendors) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, communication, and reporting (weekly status, monthly reviews, etc.).

Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and metrics for support and enhancement activities.

Manage budgets, resource allocations, and timelines across multiple projects and support streams.

Ensure all projects follow best practices in SEO, analytics, and accessibility from the build phase through ongoing optimization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related.

3+ years’ experience in digital project management

Proven track record of managing both website launches and ongoing support/maintenance contracts.

Strong knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies; experience running sprints and managing backlog.

Familiarity with support ticketing systems (Jira, Airtable) and SLA-driven operations.

Experience integrating SEO, analytics (Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics), and accessibility into website projects.

Experience stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.

Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize across multiple projects and clients.

Familiarity with budget management, resource planning, and vendor coordination.

Certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Arabic language skills are an advantage.
