Digital Project Manager

Project Managers are involved in the analysis, technical design, development management and testing of web/mobile based sites, portals and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management is a highly demanding position within the strategy & project management department at MagiClick with following responsibilities:

• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing expectations, priorities, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business, functional, and user experience requirements
• Translate requirements into clear user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI teams
• Review and validate UX/UI deliverables to ensure usability, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Confirm technical requirements and support the preparation of functional and technical specifications
• Prepare clear, well-structured briefs, tasks, and to-do lists for design, development, and QA teams across all project phases
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources using agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Identify, track, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and change requests
• Coordinate testing activities and apply quality control processes to ensure a smooth, intuitive, and bug-free end-user experience
• Maintain a strong customer focus through regular status updates, accurate progress reporting, and ongoing stakeholder communication

Desired Skills & Expertise

We are looking forward to meet Project Manager candidates who have the following skills and expertise:

• A BA or BS degree preferably in a related field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering
• Project management and analysis experience in a digital/mobile agency and/or software company environment, covering the full project lifecycle from analysis through to completion
• Good understanding of software project management methodologies(Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Good understanding of major web and mobile software development technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with proven presentation skills in both Turkish & English
• Strong interest in user experience and user interface design processes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Additional work experience as a software developer is a plus
• Ability to integrate marketing strategy effectively in digital/mobile projects
