Our client is one of the leading Exclusive authorised distributors in Dubai and the Northern Emirates for premium vehicle brands.


About the role

This position will serve as the primary point of contact for customers initiating their car-buying journey online. The Digital Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing digital leads, converting online and phone inquiries into showroom appointments or remote sales, and delivering a high-touch, consultative customer experience through digital channels.


Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Management

  • Respond to all incoming digital leads (website forms and social media) within 20 minutes of receipt.

Virtual Consultation

  • Conduct high-quality video walk-arounds of vehicles.
  • Send personalized voice notes to prospects.
  • Handle and manage live chat inquiries efficiently.

Pipeline Development

  • Proactively follow up with prospects using CRM, phone, and email .
  • Nurture leads from initial inquiry through to a confirmed appointment or completed sale .

Remote Sales Process

  • Guide customers through digital retailing tools.
  • Assist with trade-in valuations , online credit applications , and F&I (Finance & Insurance) menus .

Data Integrity

  • Maintain a well-organized CRM database.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately.
  • Schedule and track follow-up tasks consistently.

Product Expertise

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle technologies and trim levels.
  • Understand current pricing, promotions, and financing incentives .
  • Provide accurate and confident information to remote buyers.


What are we looking for?

  • Native Arabic Speaker
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive sales or digital sales in the UAE
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and virtual sales tools
  • Proven ability to close sales remotely and manage the full digital sales pipeline
