Adria Business & Technology is a leading software provider specializing in digital transformation solutions for banks and financial institutions across the EMEA Region. As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team in Dubai.

The Sales Executive is the engine of our regional growth. This is a field-based role focused on acquiring new clients and developing our portfolio.

Your key responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition and expand our presence in UAE and other GCC countries.
• Develop strategic relationships with banks, FinTechs, and financial institutions.
• Deliver solution-based selling with a focus on long-term value creation.
• Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to go-to-market strategies.

Your profile :

• Over 8 years of commercial experience in the IT sector for banks and financial institutions, within the GCC region.
• Strong client-facing and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Based in Dubai.
• Fluent in English is essential; Arabic is a strong asset.
